Measure resistance between sensor signal terminal and ground terminal.
6.
Check that the resistance is within the specification.
Removal
1.
Remove the under cover (A).

Tightening torque :
19.6 ~ 24.5 N.m (2.0 ~ 2.5 kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 18.1 lb-ft)

2.
Remove the drain plug (A) and drain the ATF totally and then reinstall the drain plug.

Tightening torque :
33.3 ~ 43.1 N.m (3.4 ~ 4.4 kgf.m, 24.6 ~ 31.8 lb-ft)

Must be replaced with new gasket when installing the drain plug.
3.
Remove the air duct (A).

4.

Installation
1.
Installation is the reverse of removal.

When installing, apply the ATF oil or white vaseline to the O-ring (A) not to be damaged.

The gasket of the valve body gasket (A) use new one.

Adding automatic transaxle fluid.
(Refer to "Fluid" in Hydraulic System of this group)
Perform Transaxle Control Module (TCM) learning after replacing the solenoid valve to prevent slow transaxle response, jerky acceleration and jerky startup.
